This fancy knife handle was created utilizing 72 strands of natural color rawhide of 0.7mm wide and braided in the fid-work technique, incorporating numerous appliqués utilizing the “Mondonguillo” technique and various patterns. The handle features a red stag spacer between the guard and the braid to shield the rawhide from the steel.
The sheath was created utilizing softened Hereford cowhide and stitched with rawhide strands in a 1X7 pattern. The 15cm Argentina brand blade is forged from carbon steel.
